One-One-One Eagle Street is an iconic multi-award winning 54 level, 195m, 64000m2 building located in the centre of Brisbane CBD, designed to meet a six green star office rating. Nullifire’s S707 thin film water-borne intumescent was selected for the fire rating of the 800+ feature structural steel columns. These columns were designed to represent the roots of the Moreton Bay fig tree leading to the iconic lighting feature. Permax collaborated with ARUP in order to meet the design challenges to fire rate the columns using an engineered fusable link system.
